Day 32/ Paleo day 10 repeat 5-13-11

Yesterday I ate terrible!  It was Hailey's bday, and I didn't workout, so I pretty much fell off the wagon. Boo!  But I have done tons better today!  I felt the bad eating from yesterday in my workout today!  WOD was 3 rounds of 20 OHS #45, 20 pull ups red & blue band, and 400m run.  I couldn't even lift my arms for the run, they were so dead.  My shoulders even had a hard time holding my hands up here to type this.

B-  2 eggs, turkey sausage, OJ
L-  grilled chk salad
D-  bacon wrapped stuffed chk, cauliflower

Day 31/ Paleo day 9

WOD was a KILLER!  I was dead afterwards! 3 rounds for time of.....
50 freakin push ups (red band)
25 blue med ball cleans (hate those)
15 long jumps
50 freakin sit ups
Those 150 push ups, 150 sit ups, 75 squats, better do my body justice, that's all I have to say about that.

B-  1/2 c granola, 1 c milk
L-  protien style double double from In N Out
D-  meatballs and curry

Week 8/ Day 30/ Paleo day 8 5-9-11

WOD running, running, running!  800m run, 15 burpees, 25 KB swings #35.... 3 times! 

B-  3 eggs
L-  grilled chk, 2 mandarin oranges
D-  turkey tenderloin, broccoli, pineapple  

Paleo day 7 5-8-11 Mother's Day

I let myself go this day.  No excuses, just wanted to eat!

B-  2 pancakes, turkey sausage, OJ
L-  grilled chk, pasta salad, lemon dessert
D-  3 lava cakes & ice cold yummy milk!!!

Paleo day 6 5-7-11

If you can call it Paleo.  We actually ate really good until the evening.  We had to celebrate though with it being the Iron Man and all...... This was year 2 that we have watched and volunteered.  I love watching these amazing athletes!  It is so inspiring to see how conditioned their bodies are to endure through such a physical race!  Oh how I would love to be one of them one day!

D-  Pizza Factory salad bar (1 visit), half bread stick

Day 29/ Paleo day 5 5-6-11

This was my first week going 5 days in a row!!!  It felt really good too!  WOD, 5 rounds for time, can't remember my time though.  15 wall balls #15, 20 situps, 25 double unders which I can't do to save my life.  We actually have done a lot of them this week in our warm ups.  I can say I have done about 20 now, but not in a row. 

B-  3 eggs, OJ
L-  bacon, avacado, tomato
D-  protein style hamburger, movie popcorn & pepsi

Day 28/ Paleo day 4 5-5-11

WOD was 3 rounds of 500m row, 15 95 lb dead lifts, 25 push ups.  Times were 5:30, 5:10, 5:32

B- Protein shake (milk, 2 tbs choc syrup, ice, van muscle protein)
L-  chk salad, slice watermelon
D-  chicken bruchetta (tomato, feta, balsamic)
