Yesterday I ate terrible! It was Hailey's bday, and I didn't workout, so I pretty much fell off the wagon. Boo! But I have done tons better today! I felt the bad eating from yesterday in my workout today! WOD was 3 rounds of 20 OHS #45, 20 pull ups red & blue band, and 400m run. I couldn't even lift my arms for the run, they were so dead. My shoulders even had a hard time holding my hands up here to type this.

L- grilled chk salad
D- bacon wrapped stuffed chk, cauliflower
