Day 37/ P day 17

I can say I looked like an idiot during todays WOD.  5 wall climbs (suck at those), 10 hang cleans 55 lbs, and 20 box jumps on a 16 inch REAL BOX!  That's right, I have graduated from the tan box to a real box today!  Go Kenz again!!!  I have now conquered the fear of jumping too high!  I am seriously addicted to Crossfit.  I love the sense of accomplishment  that I get everyday from these workouts.  I love the compliments of people telling me I look good, or asking if I have lost weight.  I love the way I feel, even though I get tired sometimes during the day, I know that if I put the right thing in my mouth, I will feel rejuvenated.  I love my trainers for giving me that extra push and showing me how to take care of my body.  I love that Nate and I are doing this together, and his excitement about these changes too!  He is looking great, and feeling so much better! I love that our kids are starting to eat healthier and want to workout too!  Our example is what will make or break our kids health for the future, and that is what keeps me going everyday!  I want my kids to be proud of me, and to see there mom do hard things and come out better all the way around for doing them!  This is my new addiction, taking care of me so I can take care of my family for a really long time.

Day 36/ P day 16

WOD was good.  Ran 400m, 21 KB swings #35, 12 pull ups blue band, 3 times!  First time using only the blue band in a workout!  Go Kenz!!!

L-  2 grilled chk sandwich, no bun
D-  graham crackers and milk :(

WOD was 10 min row, 30 sec fast, 30 secs slow= 1708m row, 10 min KB breath #35

B- protein shake ( ice, vanilla muscle milk, strawberries)
L- grilled chk salad w/ lots of veggies, almonds, avocado
D- beef roast, green beans

Week 9/ Day 34/ Paleo day 14

WOD was again killer!  For time 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 reps of....... -sumo dead lifts high 55 lbs, OH walking lunges 15 lbs,  push ups
Time was:  20:56

B-  egg, bacon, sausage cheese omelet (Egg & I), OJ
L-  none, too busy! OJ w/ protein powder
D-  Tilapia w/ mango salsa, pistachios

Hailey told us when she was hugging Nate and I goodnight, that we don't feel as squishy as we used to.  Oh yeah, our 11 year old is noticing!!!!!  And no one is as honest as a child right?!

Paleo day 13

Happy 12 year Anniversary to us!!!  Sunday, no workout.

Day 33/ Paleo day 11

As if yesterdays WOD didn't kill me, todays WOD for sure did!  It's called the 
“Filthy Fifty”
For time:
50 Box jump, tan box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood #25
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 27 lb
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 10 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders/ 150 singles

My time was 37:32.  This was so so so hard, and am so glad it is over!  The cool thing is that I finished it.  My body actually is in shape enough to finish that brutal of a workout!  Good Job Kenz!

B-  Protein shake ( 2 c milk, 1 scoop van muscle milk, 2 tbs choc syrup, ice)
L-  Shrimp cocktail, strawberries & pineapple, pistachios
