Day 36/ P day 16

WOD was good.  Ran 400m, 21 KB swings #35, 12 pull ups blue band, 3 times!  First time using only the blue band in a workout!  Go Kenz!!!

B-  2 eggs, OJ
L-  2 grilled chk sandwich, no bun
D-  graham crackers and milk :(
