WOD attempted rope climbs, 4 400m runs, 30 handstand pushups in 20 mins. Need to work on rope climbs and pushups for sure! Nate and I looked ridiculous trying to figure those out. People were so willing to help us out which was so nice.
B- 3 eggs w/ tomato and turkey bacon scramble, OJ
L- lettuce wraps w/ turkey bacon, avacado, tomato, and olive oil mayo, slice water melon, some cantaloupe
D- 2 small chk breasts w/ avacado, peas, strawberries
