Day 26/ Paleo day 2 5-3-11

WOD I was a little confused of how fast or slow I finished.  Maybe it's time to go up in weight and less bands.
21, 15, 9 reps of R arm KB snatch #18, L arm KB snatch #18, and pull ups (red & blue bands).  Time was 8:13

B- 3 egg spinach scramble, slice of water melon, milk
L-  sm slice veggie pizza ( papa murphy's), fresh Simply raspberry lemonade
D-  2 sm slices corned beef, salad w/ balsamic vinegar
