Days 5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12- Weeks 2&3
Our computer was broken last week and for the most part of this week. I can't even tell you what all of the workouts were, except for that I made it through ALL of them! Today on day 12, I graduated from a green band to the blue and red combined on my pull ups! Also, I did 90 lbs on my back while doing squats! Huge for me since I have never done any weight higher than 10 lbs on the bar. My eating has been ok, definitely better than before working out at this new gym. I can actually feel my body getting stronger, and can endure through the workouts better. My friend Andrea is now going with me too which is so fun!
