Day 23

Today felt very early because I was up late!  WOD 21,18,15,12,9,6 reps of pull ups and sit ups with 100 ft of walking lunges in between each rep that killllled me!!!!!  Also did 4 sets of 3 sumo dead lifts, of which I lifted 95 lbs, PR for me!!

B- 2 fried eggs, OJ, glass of green machine
L- taco salad, brownie, bag o carrots
D- stroganoff , strawberry salad, 1/2 c ice cream

New measurements are in. (Naked)
Thigh- 24 1/2
Calf-  14
Hips-  42
Waist- 31 1/2
Chest (no bra)- 34 1/2
Bi-  11 1/2
Weight- 156 lbs ( weight flucuates from 154- 158)
