5 freaking K! Yes WOD was a 5k. My legs have been so sore this week from squats and lunges, that when I saw this workout last night I was terrified! But with my good friend Andrea by my side and a good play list on my phone, we ran the whole thing, and even had a PR! My time was 34:49! I've only done 2 5k's previous, and 1st was 37 mins and the 2nd was my sprint triathlon time of 35 mins. So good job Kenz and Andrea! We pushed each other to the finish!
