Loved today because I got to go at 9:30, and Nate came with me too. It's Mason's bday, so he took the day off to hang out with him, so we got to sleep in and workout together. Love those days! WOD was 800m run, 8 rounds of squat thrusters (45 lbs) 20 secs on, 10 sec rest. Did 4 each round 32 total. Then, 8 rounds of push ups, 20 secs on, 10 sec rest. Started off with 10, 10, 8, 8, 6, 6, 5, 8. Killed me! THEN, another 800m run to finish. My time was 20:35. Nate beat me:) Starting to see some really good changes in my legs, butt, and arms!
