Day 21- Week 6

WOD I thought was going to be a piece of cake.  Just goes to show me that no day is a piece of cake!  7 rounds for time of 5 burpees, 10 15lb wall balls, and 15 sit ups.  My time was 14:40.  So last week I got on the scale twice.  Tuesday I weighed in at 158, and Thursday I weighed in at 154!  Wow! 4 lbs down, but I'm sure it will fluctuate.  Feeling stronger, more confident, and happy! Loving Cross Fit!

B- 3 eggs, 3 turkey bacon, OJ
L- pasta salda
D- Steak and salad
