WOD was great! I don't know if I'm getting used to it or what, but I really enjoyed huffing and puffing today. Going into it looked easy, but when actually started and going, I thought I would die! AMRAP of 200m run, 15 35 lb KB swings, 15 back extentions. I did 6 1/3 reps in 15 mins! Yeah Me! Good workout for sure!
B- eggs with turkey bacon, OJ
L- shrimp w/ cocktail sauce and 2 cuties, zinger
D- grilled chk and black bean burrito
