WOD was "Diane". 20-15-9 reps of 75 lb dead lifts, then hand stand push ups. Core was 40 Turkish get ups, hate those! 10 lb kettle ball for those. That's improvement from my 5 lb last time I did those. Need to eat better so I don't get tired during the day. I am still loving this gym and what it's doing for my body!! I haven't lost anything yet, but feel so so so much strronger!
