I was nervous going to this WOD! Interval training is not my forte that's for sure. Today we did 800m run, 30 box jumps (still on tan box), and 90 jump ropes 3 times. Each time I got a little faster! 1st- 8:10, 2nd- 8:00. 3rd- 7:53. Very proud of myself today. Although, there was only 5 of us there today.
B- 2 eggs, 1 slice wheat toast, 8oz OJ
L- grilled chicken salad
D- 2 slices of pizza, 1 bread stick
