Day 16

I'm on my 4th day in a row, no break, and I'm still sore.  WOD was 5 rounds of 250m row, 20 wall balls 6-7 lbs, and 15 pull ups green, blue, and red bands.  It took me 24:00.  Nate went this morning too and it was nice because I enjoy working out with him!  Nate's picture was on the Cross fit website for today's WOD!  He's doing GREAT!  I can actually see my top ab lines and my triceps starting to show through! My weight is going up though.  I weighed in today and was 157 lbs.  Hopefully that's just muscle.

B- 3 eggs, 1 slice wheat toast, 5 strawberries, and 8 oz OJ
L- Grilled chk salad
D- Dutch oven chk, pasta salad, cake (blue & gold dinner)
