Day 15

Morning workout.  WOD 400m run, 15 overhead squats 27 lbs, 5 rounds in 19:10.  I get home after the gym, and I am so tierd, sore in my abs, shoulders and arms.  I just want to take a nap so bad, but still have the day to get through.  This is normally my day off, but am trying to go 5 days instead of 4.  We will see how that goes.

B- 2 slices wheat toast, berry boost smoothie
L- chicken, tortilla chips w/cheese
D- 2 corn dogs, baked fries
