Wow! Was this a tiring day or what?! It was a cardio day. 400m row, 400m run, 120 jump ropes, in a row, 4 TIMES! I averaged 7 mins per cycle. Kicked my butt hard!!! I was the last one to finish of course, but I was really ok with that. Just when I thought I was done, they head us over to the rings and have us put our feet up on a box while holding the rings, and hold the position for 1 min. Again 4X'S!!! Oh the burn in my abs!! But felt great when I was done! So far, it still scares me, but am loving these work outs.

L- Yogurt, string cheese, kiwi, beef jerky :)
D- Ramen with peas, girl scout cookies, doughnut :(
