Day 29/ Paleo day 5 5-6-11

This was my first week going 5 days in a row!!!  It felt really good too!  WOD, 5 rounds for time, can't remember my time though.  15 wall balls #15, 20 situps, 25 double unders which I can't do to save my life.  We actually have done a lot of them this week in our warm ups.  I can say I have done about 20 now, but not in a row. 

B-  3 eggs, OJ
L-  bacon, avacado, tomato
D-  protein style hamburger, movie popcorn & pepsi
